Distribution and marketing:
- Marketing is an absolutely vital aspect of ensuring that media products reach their intended audiences. In order to ensure this happens, producers are increasingly relying on digital technologies in order to efficiently promote media products on both a local and a global level.

- The lexis ‘creepiest’, ‘how robots rule the world’ is simplistic, perhaps implies this advert is targeted at someone who is not AS educated in comparison to other people

- DEVELOPMENT: The series was announced in April 2014, as part of a partnership between channel 4 and xbox entertainment studios

Guidelines:
- Addressing the needs of a variety of different audiences
- Insistence on inclusion, include an adequate representation of a range of protected lifestyles and characteristics - such as disabled individuals, LGBT representation and a “commitment to the Welsh Language”
- Impartiality rules, for example not ‘plugging’ large organisations
- Avoid discrimination against protected characteristics
- Minimise harm to vulnerable audience.
- Broadcasts must not damage equipment or trigger epileptic seizures. “Ofcom is required to access the likelihood of material encouraging or inciting the commission of crime or of leading to disorder.”

- not revealing the young girl's face creates mystery regarding Léna's whereabouts

- Symbolic coding of the colour green links to zombies and grossness
